We ship domestically within Canada and United States.

CANADA
Deliveries within Canada take between 2-3 days.
UNITED STATES
Deliveries within United States take between 5-7 days.

INTERNATIONAL
Please email us with your desired product order information and your shipping address at info@novallumina.com to inquire. We will ship to other countries outside of North America and calculate shipping rate upon request.

All parcels will be sent via UPS or DHL.

All delivery items require adult signature upon delivery to ensure they are no lost or stolen.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrongly provided addresses, so please ensure you enter a correct shipping address at checkout.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on the purchase value of the item being delivered.

A $15 handling fee will be added to all orders.​​

HST of 13% will be added to all orders sent within Canada.

Duty charges are responsibility of the customer on all shipments made outside of Canada.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Processing/production is the length of time that it takes for us to fulfill your order from the moment we receive it to the moment of shipment.

LOOSE STONES - Each and every one of our loose stones is cut to order. Our master cutters take their time to facet and polish your gem to perfection and ensure you are receiving brilliantly flawless stone.

Most items will be shipped out 2-3 weeks after ordering. ​

RINGS - All rings are made to order and the time to fulfill your request depends on the ring style and the amount of work required to create your perfect piece.

Most items will be shipped out 4-6 weeks after design approval.​

All items are carefully inspected by a professional jeweller to make sure that each gem or piece of jewellery meets high quality industry standards prior to shipment.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your NOVALLUMINA purchase, we offer a 10 day return/exchange policy for the loose stones. Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, please read ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for more details.
The following terms are applicable to all returns and exchanges.

All items must be shipped within 10 days of item receipt/courier’s original delivery date. Return packages must show tracking detail that the item was shipped no later than 10 days after the original delivery date. Once the 10 day has past, no items will be accepted for either exchange or refund.

All items purchased directly from NOVALLUMINA website must be accompanied by a purchase order number, an invoice as well as proof of the courier's original delivery date.
​

All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
​

All returned items must be accompanied by all original certificates, warranty, promotional materials and any additional documentation provided by us. Any missing documentation will result in processing delays and/or cancellation of return/exchange process.

​All items are subject to quality inspection and check by NOVALLUMINA Inc. jewellers. If an item is deemed to be worn or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of the item and the item will be returned back to the customer.​

Shipping and handling charges as well as any duty charges are non refundable.
​

Customer is responsible for the return shipping and purchase of the insurance on the item being returned. Items that are lost or damaged during return shipping are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

All gems returned for either refund or exchange are subject to 10% restocking fee.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

In order for an item to be returned, customer must follow these steps:

Contact NOVALLUMINA by email at info@novallumina.com with a request for exchange or refund. We will provide you with a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) which has to be included with your returned item. Please CLEARLY print the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box. Any items returned to us without the RMA# are ineligible for a return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer.

Customer must provide us with the purchase order and a reason for the return or exchange.

Item(s) must be sent to us with all the promotional items, materials, certificates and warranties as outlined in RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES​
​
Our moissanite gems are eligible for one (1) exchange of equal or greater value. Multiple exchanges stemming from the original transaction are not allowed.
​
All terms listed in the RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY as well as HOW TO RETURN ITEMS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE must be followed for item exchange.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
​
Rings, custom items as well as gems that have been subjected to third party modifications are unfortunately ineligible for returns and exchanges. This includes:

Rings. Every single one of our rings is made to order and as such, stock or custom rings that have been designed and produced by NOVALLUMINA at customer's request do not qualify for a return and refund at the present time.

Any jewellery or ring items that have been personalized, modified from our stock lineup or engraved at customer's request.
​

Items that have been modified, sized, repaired, cut and soldered, plated or had stones replaced by either NOVALLUMINA or third party Jewellers.
​

Full eternity rings with gems set all around the ring shanks and bands as they are customized to fit a specific ring size.
​

Loose stones that have been set in a ring by a third party Jeweller or any loose stones that have been subjected to any third party treatments.
