At the moment, all of our rings are made to order. Because they are custom pieces and made just for you, they are non-refundable. To ensure you are 100% satisfied and receiving the ring of your dreams, we provide you with digital CAD images of the piece you have ordered for your approval. If required, you will be able to make as many modifications to the design as you deem necessary. Only once you sign off on the ring, we will begin the creation process of your piece at which point you will no longer be able to refund your purchase.

REFUND: We will issue a refund minus 5% design modification fee if you are not 100% satisfied with the CAD images we have provided you with or if we fail to accommodate your desired changes. No refunds will be issued once you sign off on the design and we proceed to creation of your ring.

DELIVERY TIMELINE: Each and every stone we sell and set into a ring is custom cut. Ring settings are also custom made to order. Our master cutters and jewellers require time to ensure the highest grade of quality of the final product, so please allow 3-5 weeks after you sign off on the designs for the creation and delivery of your ring.
